Grateful Dead Warfield poster

I have been collecting Grateful Dead posters since the very early 1980s.  The ones from the 1960s were purchased mostly from an old hippie that owned a used record store in Rutherford New Jersey.  Some other later posters were purchased from Relix from the mid 80s.  Also I purchased some posters from the Grateful Dead at a concert.  They had sold some older posters around the mid 1980s.  I am not an expert and don't know how to professionally grade them.  However, I will be as accurate as possible.  Unless noted, posters have been rolled up and I will ship in a tube, rolled up.  The Warfield poster is NOT a 2008 reprint.    It has a 6 inch creese/bend in the lower right corner.  It also has 6 thumb tack holes as pictured.  I believe that if the poster gets dry mounted, it will look good.  I will deeply discount based on the thumb tack holes.  I have seen this poster sell for around 1200.00.
